The practical details

Questions worth answering before the work begins.

Every engagement is specific, but the principles behind the model remain consistent.

Is this a recruiting service?+

No. GetCUCMO does not place a permanent employee and walk away. We structure and support an ongoing fractional executive engagement.

How much time will the CMO spend with us?+

The cadence is defined around your scope and priorities, including leadership meetings, team direction, strategic work and availability between sessions.

Why begin with 90 days?+

It gives the CMO time to assess the organization, establish priorities and demonstrate how the relationship works without forcing a long initial commitment.

Can the engagement continue after 90 days?+

Yes. We review progress before the term ends and coordinate a renewal when continued leadership makes sense.

What if the relationship is not working?+

We check in separately with both sides so issues can be addressed early. If the fit cannot be corrected, we work with you on the appropriate next step.

Will the CMO replace our marketing team or agency?+

Usually not. The CMO leads the function, strengthens the internal team and creates accountability across outside partners.

Do you guarantee specific growth results?+

No responsible leader can guarantee institutional results. We do create clarity around priorities, measures, ownership and progress.

The next move

Your credit union does not need more marketing activity.

It needs experienced leadership that turns priorities into progress.
